What this form collects
When you request a resource, this website records your email address, the resource requested and any optional first name or context you provide. The form also records the resource page and the version of this notice.
How it is used
Amy’s team uses this information to manage resource requests and understand which materials visitors find useful. Submitting the resource form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If you want a conversation with Amy, use the separate contact form.
Storage and service providers
Resource requests are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, the website’s form service. Netlify may also process technical request information for security and spam prevention. The PDF opens on the website after submission; an emailed copy is not part of this form.
Your choices
Only your email address is required. Please do not include confidential business records or information about children in any form response. To ask about your submitted details or request their deletion, contact amyhitchinson@theivyacademy.org.
